not really giving a **** what anyone else thinks is a start. because it doesn't really matter in life what anyone thinks about you, but you.

Recovering from an embarassing moment isn't the problem. What you have to ask yourself is, will this be important 10 years from now? Who's going to remember and confront you? And will it really matter?
You're sweating "little sh!t." You can't let little sh!t bother you.

Just let it go and try and hide your embarassment. Make a little joke if it comes up and it will pass and all will be good.

Well, you think very hard about this: Past Is Past. What happened yesterday is already history. And today is a new today for you to start all over again!!!

Stop dwelling on it.Trust me-you'll do something evan more stupid someday that'll make whatever this is seem very small in comparison.
Whatever happened laugh it off and move on.

No you cant change anything that already happened but you can put it behind you and get on with your life. I'm sure that those who witnessed your embarrassing moments have already forgotten them...

The first thing you do is get back your normal coloring. A red face broadcasts to the world that you're shook.

just laugh at yourself like you dont care. like its no big deal. if people see that its no big deal to you then they wont make a big deal out of it. trust me, ive had plenty of embarrassing moments and laughing at yourself is the best way to deal with the situation. hope that helps

Learn to laugh at yourself... Say "I can't believe that I did (or said) that" and laugh... Everyone has embarrassing moments... Those who acknowledge them immediately are forgiven quicker.
