I think by your spelling (and situation) that he said "I don't deserve you"
It likely means he is very happy with you. But just below the surface he feels insecure, that he might not be good enough for you, that he might lose you.
Why did him and his last girlfriend break up?
Be careful, some guys say this when they find a girl who is willing to put up with behavior that other girls would not put up with.
Ask yourself - does he deserve you?

I'm guessing that you mean "deserve" maybe. but if so, that means that he thinks you are a really good girl and he thinks he doesn't deserve you at all.
He's telling you that he doesn't think he should be with you because you are "too Good" for him ortoo good to be true... something of that nature...
