if it isn't sleep related it's usually a nutrience definciency. i recently went to a nutritionist and she gave me vitamin supplements (col liver oil and magnesium/calcuium capsules). my bags have since vanished.

Most dark circles are nutrition related or allergy related. Dark circles under the eye usually is a milk allergy.

Take a multiple vitamin, and stay away from milk for a while and see if it helps

The dark circles could be a sign of allergies. Ask you doctor for a referral to see an allergist just to be on the safe side.

I've read that topical Vitamin K will diminish dark circles under the eyes. I've never tried it, though.

I heard if you peel a potato and cut them into circles, place one on each eye for 20 minutes, that will help.
