I would report the Muslim plot on the Jewish Embassy. To allow an attack of this magnitude to happen could add nothing positive to the world situation.
Sadly, the attack on the abortion clinic would fade from public memory fairly quickly. No one seems to care much about Irish terrorists.

Hey Tofu,
I'd send the squad to the embassy because there would probably be people there 24/7. Chances are that there would be no one at the clinic to be harmed half the time.
But then, what do I know... I'm just the 800 pound gorilla on the web. (WWW that is.)

I would report both but would report the embassy bombing first because there would me a greater loss of life there.
