I'm looking over some previous answers for this question, and it's like falling into an abyss of retardedness.
Whenever someone drones on about how great they are, I kindly demand them to shut the hell up, regardless of gender. However, it does tend to be mainly women that do this. Hey it's nobody's fault but your own, you chose to be with this type of girl. And there are different types out there that don't talk about themselves 24/7.

Because women want confident men....apparantly it's ok for women to compliment themselves, but when a guy does it, it comes across as a lack of self-confidence.

ummm because it is our job as women to think highly of ourselves.....No but Unless you were talking more about yourself then I am I would not tell you to get over yourself because i think it benefits everyone to talk nice about themselves weather they are female like me or male like your self so unless your way way over the top Id say ignore what other people say!
