So you dont respect the person that your mom is. Youve a different set of rules on how people should act than your mom. Youre probably more insightful and mature than your mother, so what can you do? Not much. Accept how she is and try to focus on the fun things that you and she have together. Good luck.

It's typical of most young girls, and it's just life. Usually it changes when the daughter gets older, sometime, it doesn't.
my sister and mom, have had an on and off relationship for all their lives. So that's over forty years now.
It will all depend on you, and how you feel, when you become an adult, and see your Mom, through eyes, with a little bit more wisdom.
