A good tradition in cold afternoons in Latin America is hot chocolate with breads, soft cheeses and spreads. If darkness falls early, the body starts asking for food while it's not yet dinnertime. Hence the familiar British custom of "tea time" Same thing. I always loved that.

A nice bowl of chilli either on a baked potato or with nachos, salsa, creme fraiche and grated cheese

Or a good old fashioned bowl of turkey stew, with big chunks of bread to mop up the gravy!

Followed by a sponge pudding and custard

For a chilly moist day, convenience nutrition for me can be a grilled cheese sandwich and some tomato soup. notwithstanding, its 730pm and 80 5 outdoors right here in SoCA. It replaced right into slightly over one hundred this afternoon. convenience nutrition feels like an ice cream sundae in the present day.

Rice and beans with some Italian bread (and throw in some diced peppers-hot or sweet) and your in business during a cold wintry night and if there's snow on the ground...better yet.
