Most of my life I have used the "rhythm method" or careful timing and it has worked well. I have two sons both of which were planned. It works well if you are regular with your cycle and can obstain for about a week out of each month. Find the middle of your cycle. For me that was the 14th day after the first day of my period. That's when I ovulated, but just to be sure, I didn't have unprotected sex from the 10th or 11th day til the 17th or 18th day. At one point in my life, I took the pill and would not do that again... too unnatural.

Apparently there are some herbs that might be effective as birth control, but I wouldn't rely on those or any of the other methods you have listed. It seems like you don't want to use medicine. In that case, abstinence would be your best bet.

well none of those are birth control methods except maybe careful timing but you need to get some birthcontrol pills and condoms or at the very least pull out, or you are gonna end up with some babies and possibly an std

Those are not birth control or disease control methods those are wishful thinking...
I chose condoms, birth control pill and surgical sterilization (tubal litigation) when finished having all the children I wanted... Those methods worked very effectively....
But if you must choose the others name one Cody Thomas I never got to use that boy name...

None of those work! What are you catholic? Use hormonal birth control, condoms and/or sterilisation. Geez, some people. Get educated about sex before you start breeding and raising sex dummies only to find out your 13 year old is pregnant.

I only ever used two: IUD and condoms...both together.
Very high success rate.
None of the things you mentioned will work. Good luck....Mom!

Just have the guy pull out when he's ready. All the time not just when you think it's not safe. Or use a condom.
