This should be something that you and your wife should resolve. Not something you should "report" her on. I think you may be blowing things out of per portion. Think it over.

The issue isn't that your wife sent photos of the kids to some guy. The issue is that you and your wife have issues. Get the resolved or get left out in the cold. Good Luck

You just want to get back at your wife because she is probably cheating on you. The man may be a stranger to you but not to her and she may have wanted to share her family with him, excluding you ofcourse (out of the equation).
So why don't you deal with the real issues instead of getting your children involved. Surely you are man enough to deal with real issues, right?

Depends on your custody agreement. Do you have joint legal custody? If so you might be able to prove child endangerment. But if she just sent a pic then you probably don't have a case. Why not talk to her and let her know the dangers of sending pics of children to people she/you don't know. If you have custody of your kids, i would go to the court and let them know what is happening.

Unless it involved something illegal like child porn , there is nothing any authority can do. Sounds like you and the missus need to learn communication.
