Why ask a question when you already know the answer?

So...START by getting off the couch and get moving.

Then start swapping out the bad food choices for ones that do no harm and do lots of good.

Believe it or not, you can eat a very tasty diet and stay slim and healthy and not be deprived. This just means eating differently than you do now.

Quite frankly most of the crap that makes us fat isn't all that tasty. Fast food DOESN'T really taste that great; we've just become accustomed to it.

We eat restaurant quality food here...very yummy..and no more weight issues!

BTW..just eliminating sugared sodas (and other sugar filled drinks) can cause a huge weight loss in most.

just because you have a love for food doesn't make you get fat. you are just not eating the right kinds of foods..I work 12hr shifts and am moving all day but don't eat 3-4 meals a day or the right things that a body needs to help burn fat..be careful because you can start to lose muscle when you think your starting to lose weight..been there done that. and muscle weighs more than fat so try to eat foods to work with your body to help lose weight..good luck it can be a bit of a struggle but you can do it if you put your mind to it..

Lack of exercise after a meal. There is nothing wrong with eating as much as you like or eating the food that you love. Just eat proportionally.

It's an addiction like any other but far far more difficult to get over. You have to look at the issues you may have and also answer yourself not how did u get fat but why.

Probably emotional eating.

My shrink once said to me the fat a person carries most often signifies the amount of pain they have been through in life.

the love of food just as the love of money is a sin so is the love of food. moderation, moderation, moderation. you have to eat with common sense and a value to know that you must not gorge. and must eat the right food and exercise dont sit on it

Too much food and not enough exercise would do it. I know this to my cost, but working on it.

You answered your own question. Perhaps you should work on ridding your brain of the fog it seems to be in.
