It never seems to happen when the cashier is a guy, but every so often, a female cashier "forgets" to scan a few items. I'm wondering if this is a common thing women do to express interest. And if it isn't, why would women do it? Also, do male cashiers give women they like special deals?
And, please girls, spare me the doubtful comments - I promise you, it happens quite often with me. I'm not boasting - I'm just asking if this is something you all do.

She's not going to make the payments! She'll just keep the ring, or sell it on. I wouldn't trust her. Take it back to the shop for a refund. Why bother putting yourself through 5 more months of complicated ties with the woman. Have a clean break and forget about her.

I get that sometimes from male cashiers. But I also get people that rip me off. It's probably the person. Consider yourself to be lucky at these times. I do.

I've had female cashiers mess up like that with me as well. I've found that if you talk to them or tease them, they sometimes tend to lose their concentration. This, I would imagine, works the other way around too.

You're probably so hot that they are enraptured by your handsome-ness that they just mindlessly do this. Or maybe they feel sorry for you b/c of the clothes you wear, you might come off as poor. Or it could be that you are harassing them and they just want to get you out of their line so you'll leave them alone. Or you might smell so bad that they don't want to smell you anymore...It could be a number of things.

answer this in your head if you were a cashier, and a real hottie came into your store wouldn't you give her a freebie! but I don't know if the girls are doing this cous they like you, watch their body language more and that will tell ya if they do like you or not

yeah people do it and its not just females cause when i go out i always seem to get discounts on stuff that aint on sale or employ discount and i dont work there

actually they are committing a crime, it's called stealing and because you are the "purchaser" you are the one doing the stealing.You could both be in serious trouble if you get caught, so don't let them do it. Say thanks but no thanks.
