I have some fish pickling recipes that call for either thunderbird or silver satin wine. I don't think it's made any more. What would be a good replacement?

I'd go with Mad Dog 20-20. ...Enjoy....Yo Gizmo, N.T. Is also a fine choice, I agree.... Rat ( I always say "why pay $60 bucks for a bottle of Chateau La Fifi when you can get 60 bottles of this s**t? for 60 bucks??)

Yuck! horrible wines! what are you trying to do? I think a good dry Riesling would work fine. If you need it to be sweet then go to a muscat. Trader Joes has a good cheap sweet one out of Paso Robles.
