An IQ expert compared Bush and Kerry's SAT scores and Officer Qualification Test scores (from military when both were age 22) to estimate their IQ.
Bush's SAT score was a 1206 and his IQ was a 125, or at the 95th percentile. These were higher than Kerry's! But lower than Gore.

"When interviewing his teacher at the time, we asked her 'Why didn't George take the S.A.T.'s' she repleid by saying 'He was to busy playing poker with Saudi Arabia'" "We also asked Bush himself about this issue, he was qouted by saying 'What are the S.A.T.'s?'" "And there you have it folks, this is Shorty reporting for NBC, good night."
