It's apricot cranberry walnut chutney. What would it be good on? How do I use it? Is it like a marinade?

Sounds good.

You could try some with cream cheese. Spread the cheese on bread or crackers and put the chutney on top.

Or serve alongside grilled chicken or steak or fish.

It's more like a salsa.

Mix curry and oil to make a thin paste.
Marinate chicken breasts for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
Grill or broil chicken breasts until no longer pink.
I cooked mine stove-top in a non-stick grill pan.
Use the chutney as a glaze and/or condiment.
I used peach chutney/relish for these last night, but a mango chutney would be delicious also.
Melt cheddar onto buns or on chicken breast.
If you are not using a hot curry powder but still like a good kick, try adding chopped chilies (fresh or dried) to the marinade.
Put your sandwiches together and enjoy

It is like a fruit/vegetable dish that spices up stuff like meats and fish.

if you had a plain chicken sandwich that was blah you could put some chutney on it for a kick. Think of how you would use cranberry sauce which is like a very mild chutney and take it from there.

You eat a tiny bit of it beside a meat dish. Chutney is fruit in a sugar and vinegar sauce so its both sweet and sour. You'll probably love it!

It's like a relish or side dish. I would serve it with pork or chicken, perhaps even fish. Add it to wild rice or into a bread recipe, lots of stuff you can do with it!

Ooh that sounds good. With chicken or turkey perhaps. As a side dish.
