20% is reasonable. Imagine if you were a limo driver and had to drive teenagers around for a night.....

Hi, 20% isnt too much.... However Tipping is much like dining out.
Quality of service is very important for quality of service. You might inquire the age of your driver for your kids. Sometimes an older driver takes additional responsibility for watching your kids instead of hanging out and waiting. You might consider asking for an older driver and be willing to pay additional for it. (maybe an addional 10%)..... a small price to pay for the saftey of you kids since whether we like it or not there is usually some drinking or other forms of "recreation" going on @ a homecoming.

Just like any tipping it depends on service. 20% is a good starting point. After being left in the middle of a dark parking lot at three in the morning with my bags dumped at my feet, I never tip until my bags are carried to my front door.

I'd tip his 15%, 20% is a bit much as long as your paying him fairly for his services.

I don't think 20% is too much. Sounds like you are a generous person.

I would tip him/her no more than 30 degrees. Any more and he/she may fall over.
