Depends how old the girl. It also depends if you're talking about brother-sister mix, or sister-sister. If the latter, I'm in favor of having siblings room together.

If you can afford your own house then you can have all the room you want! If you are living with your parent though you need to negotiate. Girls should be separate from boys but not necessarily have their own room. Its good to, if there is enough room but it depends if the house is big enough.

Depends on the home situation - a girl and a boy should have seperate rooms, but if you have more than one sibling you may have to share. It may not be easy, but, it is life. In an ideal world we would all have our own room/space.

It depends. They should have separate rooms from boys. (Of Course) but when it comes to them sharing a room with another girl, it would be niice to have their own room for privacy.

Yes they certainly should. Once they have their periods they need privacy or they will feel uncomfortable. Its not nice having ot undress in front of brothers when you are in your teens and your parents should understand that.

starting at 9 years old yes, depends on the parents money sich though, maybe not possible
