all i know is the current pope was in hitler youth, the third reich, and before being pope was in charge of preventing child molesting. very "interesting" man

in Luke, the fetal John the Baptists in his 2nd or 3rd timester lept for joy over the fetal Jesus who was posisbly in his first trimester

so there is 1 fetus that became a saint and 1 that WAS the Messiag

in the end what is a saint, anyone being reconsiled to God through the messiah and that is the Biblical definition

you can become a saint!!!!!

a BABY cannot become a saint in the cannonized sense. The Church puts many years of research and prayer into it before they cannonize someone, and there also has to be 2 miracles. Anyone in heaven is a saint, so in that sense, yes, a baby can be a saint.

A fetus can not come to know the Lord within the womb, a disciple is a footstep follower of Jesus Christ, a fetus can not make that decision.

No. One of the requirements for sainthood is that the individual has performed a miracle. A fetus hasn't (and the miracle of life doesn't count.)

It can if it accomplishes an act of heroic virtue, the #1 requirement.
Pretty hard for a fetus, I imagine.

Well, if it manages to perform the "miracle of birth" and 20,000 or so peasants and way too many higher ranking catholics can prove to the Holy See that it had somehow been altruistic during the whole of its pre-life...
