This will have your *** tighter than a virgin's you know what. Look, this is what you do. You stand next to a wall kick your leg out to the side, but don't let your foot hit the ground. It's like your doing a side karate kick. Do that on each side and your *** will be tight and firm. My personal trainer from Bally's taught me that. That sh!t works.

One thing you can be happy about is that a pear-shaped physique does not indicate poor physical condition. According to recent research, people with a large amount of body fat on their torso, especially the upper torso, are at substantially higher risk for coronary disease but this does not hold true for pear-shaped people.
If you would like to shed a few pounds, simply paying attention to your diet WHILE INCREASING YOUR ACTIVITY LEVEL will likely do the trick.

I'm so with you girl. I'm naturally pear shaped and I love it. In fact I want to make my waist even smaller with lipo, so I look even more pear shaped lol! I wouldn't have it any other way.
If you want to enhance your pear shape, try wearing a corset and also working out the butt muscles to make the the butt stick out as much as possible.
Take care proud pear sister!!

I would say that maybe walking or jogging 30 minutes a day a few times a week would do it - I have an hour glass shape and I often get upset about it. I am an average size 8 girl but I always envy my caucasian friends as they are usually skinnier and less hippy than me - Preach girl, thanks for making me feel better about myself!

Lunges will help to build your glute muscles...and working on the waist is not that difficult....just enjoy what you have and flaunt that attitude while you are at it. Many women have been trained to hate their curves. If you exercise, do it to feel good and do the kinds that make you happy: swimming, biking, walking the mall, etc.
