I want to lose about 60 lbs (trying to get to 150 again). I have three kids and very little time to do anything for myself. I want to lose the weight but cannot be away from my family or spend extra money, or time away from home. What is something that is like exercise but not exactly that I will not forget to do?

Take your kids for walks everyday. I used to be like you saying I didn't have time but I finally decided to just go for it so I joined the YMCA. They have free childcare with membership for all ages, up to high school. They are wonderful and I go for an hour twice a week to their classes. Anyway, I weigh 115 now and I feel great. It is SOOO worth the time and money to feel good about yourself. I used to dread going but now that my endurance is better, I look forward to it every week. My kids look forward to it too. every little bit of physical effort counts. take the stairs instead of the elevator. park at the far end of the parking lot. volunteer to help a friend or neighbor move. ditch the remote control. there's a ton of little things you could do throughout the day!

Dance your buns off! I did. I lost 147 lbs. Dancing is areobics, builds muscule tone and endurance. Besides it's fun to include the children.

walking at a quick pace. walking up and down stairs over and over. swimming in the pool. light weights and squats.

i have just the idea, it would fit very snugly into your life pattern;
you're describing sex see? excercise but not, little time (so use night time) you won't forget to do it, just practice it in lots of different positions...

Get on a healthy diet, that means no snacking, junk, pop....
Try walking or jogging

find a sport or activity u like. i suggest a trampoline

walk to the grocery store and dont buy crap that you know you will eat
