That's one of those things, that we often can't put into words but we all know, when we see that one for us.
It's some sort of chemistry, they way they stand, they way they look, their hair, eyes, mouth, posture. a dozen other things about them, that makes your heart go pitty-pat.
If you are looking to be that 'one', there isn't much you can do to become it. Everybody, has their own girl or guy of their dreams. You may be great it all aspects, but can't match the image they are looking for.
It's no ones fault, just one of those things.

It's not really something I can describe to be honest. There's no particular look, or style or anything, some girls just do it for me and some don't. I've been with a few girls in the past that have 'been the one' at some point, but then turned out not to be for whatever reason.
I'm still looking for 'the one' girl and hopefully one day I will find her without any doubts and the feeling will stick with me. Not sure if that's entirely possible though.

Maybe SHE is in a line up and HE the guy picks her out and says 'She's the one Officer Dibley'... the one that crashed into his car and just drove off.

There is no set thing. For me a well-educated, well-dressed, well-mannered, interesting, witty and charming girl is probably going to do it for me!

their just words.. i say that all the time to every other hot girl..
i sometimes say 'shes the one' when i talk about a car.. omfg look at that car.. shes the one for me!!!
