Look up the number of your local library and ask them. They are in the phone book and usually listed on-line. Look up your county or town's homepage and find the link.

Depending were you live it opens at 2:00. In G-Vages it dose at Shepeard Memorial Libary.

I would say either in the afternoon, like at 1pm or not at all. They might have a website, or if you look them up in the phonebook the answering machine message will probably have their hours.
