I've done many things. Sit-ups-nah. As odd as it may sound push-ups! Even though it does not really feel associated with the belly,it helps!Try it!

well you can have a belly and still be fit. losing weight is not going to make you fit, but being fit can make you lose weight!
how to be fit--
find a sport you enjoy and play it. u seem to have that part down
run everyday for as much as you can. i run a mile. you may be capable of doing more. i woudnt know! so do ur best
cruches, sit ups, and push ups are all very good!
and dance a lot. of course do it alone!
try to sqaut as you dance 10 times per track!
make a schedule, and stick to it, based on how much you can do per day
60 minutes of physical activity a day!
try to spend more time workin out and less time eating!

running is DEFINETLY the best thing to do to lose weight and be fit, but you hav to do the sit ups too! and u cant just do sit ps, cause sit ups dont make the fat go away.
running is great cause you know how when some people are mad, they like to do something?
sometimes its eat, sometimes its read, and sometimes its RUN!
i feel running is good cause it really calms you down. when i run, i dont think about anything. i clear my mind, and it always works!
running tips...
swing your arms!--its good for momentum among other things
buddy up!---helps pass the time, you feel like your spending an afternoon chilling out instead if running.
set a goal!--if your friends house is with in walking distance, run in stead of driving.
music!---listen to music as you run, its calm and relaxing!

Well I have always thought the most natural way to lose your belly is to use a natural metal and to use a natural doctor and get the doctor to slice it off!

running. it's the best thing. run 1 mile everyday (or the majority of the week...like 4 or 5 days) and build up. i swear it works better than anything else. its the only thing you can do alone and still get results. sit ups wont help all that much unless u pair it with running. but even if u only run, you'll see results.

buy some weights and do some situps and bench presses and all of that natural stuff and you'll be set to kick some *grass* on the field. Do it every 2wks or so.

Girl first you have to identify your body shape.
If you're pear shaped it's not gonna be easy to loose weight from your stomach, you'll have to loose it all over.
You have to combine cardio with strenght.
Cardio for loosing weight all over and strenght, like sit up to strenghten your stomach.
