If I were to bake two large chicken quarters at 325 degrees, how long should it cook till done yet most and tender?

I think you should first of all make the temperature higher to 350* 365* some ovens to 375*. At 325* the chicken is going to take longer and be dryer that if it's done at a higher temp. what happens is that if you sear the out side of the chicken at a higher temp the juices are kept inside while cooking.
*** What I do is the following I season very well and then pre-heat oven at 400*, I put chicken in for 10/15 minutes at that temp them drop it down to 350* for 40/45 min. Usually depending how big is the chicken it takes 45/50 min to 60/75 min. to cook.

an hour if you boiled before if not check in an hour then continue alittle longer for half an hour to another hour
