I know what you feel like because I have always had a small bladder too. You're right that it can be a major pain when travelling... but it can be dealt with. Basically, there are 2 main rules:

First, make sure you go WHENEVER you have the chance to go... whether you feel like you need to right that second or not. Sometimes on a trip you might end up in unfamiliar places with no bathrooms available for a few hours at a time, and if you don't know the area you're going to, you can't always predict when that will be. But if you make sure you empty your bladder every time there's a bathroom available for you to use... you'll have a much better chance of being able to "make it" through those longer stretches of time because your bladder will always be pretty empty to start out with.

Second: watch how many liquids you drink, especially when you know you might be away from a bathroom for awhile! Conversely, when you know you DO have a bathroom available for a long stretch of time (like.... if you're on a plane and you know the bathroom works) drink LOTS of fluids during those times, so your body will be well hydrated, and then you won't feel as thirsty at times when you're away from a bathroom and don't want to drink much. You should ALWAYS drink when you're thirsty, because your body needs the fluids -- but if you know a bathroom won't be available for awhile, try to drink as little as possible to satisfy your thirst -- often one or two sips of water will be enough "tide you over" for awhile, and one or two sips when you're thirsty shouldn't make you have to urinate very much. Also, make sure you're drinking plain water or juice, and NOT any kind of fizzy or caffeinated drinks, because those can irritate your bladder and make you have to go more frequently.

If you just pay attention to what you drink and where bathrooms are when you're travelling, you should find coping with a small bladder a lot easier. If you do this and still have problems, talk to your doctor... you might also have a muscle or nerve problem with your bladder that makes your bladder "act" smaller than it really is, and if so, there are some medicines you might be able to take to help your bladder to hold more. Good luck!

first your bladder isn't any smaller than anybody else's. you just lack bladder control. This is usually due to improper pH. Throw back a capful of apple cider vinegar three times a day and before bed. in a month you will not be having any more problems. make sure you just throw the vinegar back and chase with water...don't add it to something...you just ruin a good drink and have to taste the vinegar longer.

if you have to go, then you better. I don't know the exact problems of holding, but I know it's bad. you can also check your prostate if you're a little older-it might be blocking the flow of urine and making you go a little at a time-there's medication that can fix that---> see doctor if it's bothering you
