Here's a smoothie recipes that I know:
Strawberries (4-5)
1/2 banana
1/3 cup Pina colada mix (or use can use canned pineapple and canned cream of coconut separately)
1 scoop of ice
Blend together. Make sure you add the ice last; it will blend much better for you. Yields 16-20oz.

You can use fresh of frozen berries , peaches, apples, and bananas. Frozen are better(except bananas) cause then you will not need to use ice, add Apple, or Orange juice, just enough to get a little liquid going in the blender, some people like to add a little plain yogurt for richness, some peopl like to use a frozen vanilla yogurt of Ice cream too, to give the drink a little more flavor. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

the ingrediants are a man and a table and lots of candle wax
the guy lays on the table pour hot candle wax all over him and pull it of after you have covered him in ice to cool the wax down.
and voila there is your smoothie ,ready for bed
bon apetit.
