Yes, you have to add water and ice and your choice of sweetener (sugar, splenda, etc)

You have several good answers already. The only thing I would add is that I don't like the bottled lemon juice for anything. I buy Minute Maid's Frozen Lemon Juice. It's in the same section as the frozen juices. You just thaw the plastic bottle and use as you would fresh lemon. It has directions on the box for making lemonade. Each box is equivalent to 7 lemons. It's nice because you can buy several boxes to have on hand and thaw as you need it. The instructions say to use within 7 days, but I've never had a problem with it going longer than that. I use it all the time when I make my own iced tea (2 quarts at a time). It's nice not having to squeeze all those lemons--especially if you don't have much strength in your hands.

Lemon juice is usually synthetically made, which explains its tart taste as opposed to fresh squeezed lemon juice. Here are some serving suggestions when using the store bought version:
For: Use:
1 Serving 3/4 Cups Water, 2 TBSP Lemon Juice, 2 TBSP
Sugar
1 Quart 3 1/4 Cups Water, 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice, 1/2 Cup
Sugar
2 Quarts 6 1/2 Cups Water, 1 Cup Lemon Juice, 1 Cup Sugar

If you prefer tart flavors, try limes instead. Like I said, store brands are not as healthy and are full of chemicals. Either way, enjoy your lemonade!

Yes you can. It depends if your usint a 2 quart pitcher, you'll want to use about 1 and a 1/4 cup of lemon juice, and about the same amount of sugar and then fill with water. Taste it and check if you need more lemon juice or sugar, other than that, that's how you make Lemonade using the bottle stuff.

No. You need the citric acid in lemon juice to make sugar wax "activate". There is little in lemonade Get citric acid from your local store instead if you can't find lemon juice or lemons. Just be careful though, as it's usually bought by druggies to clean and inject their heroin - so you may get funny looks. Anyway for sugaring it's 2 cups white cane sugar 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup water To use citric acid you would mix around 3 spoons in a 1/4 cup of water.

If I were you, I would use very little concentrated lemon juice.
It makes the drink taste kinda artificial.
Try to use real lemons instead.
Cut the lemons in half and bake them in the oven until they are piping hot.
Squeeze the hot lemon juice/pulp into a pitcher and add water and sugar to taste.
This is the best lemonade recipe in the free-world!
Trust me!

Yeah actually you can.
You boil water, then you add the (desired amount of) lemon juice. Cool it to your liking, and enjoy. It helps though if you squeeze a little lemon in there if possible :)

yup. it depends of the type of lemon juice you use. the package will normally state how much to use. if it is natural juice, than you would use the amount typically used to make lemonade. if it is concentrated then you would use less. the container should state what ratio to use. (for example 2 drops=one tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.) hope this helps.

Yes, I do it all the time, and it doesn't matter. If you don't want it to be sour just put a little, if you do then put a lot. Just eye it, like take a glass and put the lemon juice in first so you can see how much your putting.

is this a trick question
about the same amount of lemon juice as you would use if you squeezed the lemons your self
you do not have the peel to worry about that is all
lemon juice comes in the concentrated form.
