"Don't trust a man/woman who doesn't close his/her eyes when you kiss" why not trust them?

Haven't heard that one before, it doesn't mean anything, some people close their eyes to kiss, some very few don't. Not worth worrying about. If your eyes are closed, you won't know if his or hers are open or not.

I think it is just an old cliche and shouldn't be given that much value. In all honesty, you trust someone until they give you a reason not to. It doesn't matter whether they close their eyes during a kiss or not. I sometimes like to keep my eyes open so that I can see the other persons reaction to my kiss.

it inquires the same concept as when they ask you to close your eyes and fall back into someone's hand.. if you're willing to fall and completely trust the other person then you're good..
same thing with kissing.. when you close your eyes.. you're giving yourself to that one person.. without fear of what might happen.. but someone that doesn't trust you can't close their eyes for that same reason... because they are afraid...

I think when you shut your eyes when you kiss, you are letting yourself go... and in order to feel comfortable enough to shut your eyes, you have to trust the person you're with... if you don't, then you generally will keep your eyes open, I hope this helps.

a kiss with your eyes closed is more passionate, exciting, and it shows that that person really cares......with your eyes open its almost like they aren't enjoying it, and they are waiting for it to be over....or maybe they are checking out other people.

When you close your eyes you can't see what the other person is going to do or not do. You have to completely trus the other.

okay it is like this. when a guy/girl doesn't close their eyes during a kiss, their are insecure or are thinking about someone else. So if they are thinking about someone else, your no longer important, so in a sense their cheating.
