This is why it is recommended to weigh yourself once a day at the same time (approximately) each day. Weight does fluctuate, so does blood pressure.
Don't drive yourself crazy! Do you think anyone else in the universe cares if you weigh a few ounces more or less? The people around you would probably be much happier if you would relax and ease off.

STOP weighing yourself constantly! Your weight will fluctuate all the time, throughout the day, every day. Perfectly normal.
Your best guide to weight gain or loss is not the scales, but how your clothes feel.
Don't stress about a few ounces on or off - you'll drive yourself crazy for no reason.

First off you shouldn't spend so much time weighing yourself. My nutritionist told me that if I had to weigh myself everyday, that I should do it in the morning upon rising, after I had used the bathroom. Also water plays a huge role in the scale. You eat something filled with sodium, like chicken noodle soup and your body will hold onto that sodium in the form of water. Your 108lbs, so unless your under 4ft tall I wouldn't worry about anything anyway. Life offers some much more enjoyable activites than weighing yourself. Go enjoy them.

Stop worrying about 1/2 pound for god sake, it's just fluids. You will not weigh exactly the same every time you jump on the scales, expect your weight to fluctuate regularly and don't worry about it, it's perfectly normal! Take care : )

If you are about to go to the bathroom you weigh more then when you let it out you weigh lesser or simply because if you ate something or drank something. Dont worry its perfectly normal.

Weight varies according to time of the day. When you are about to go to bathroom you weight more and after going to bathroom you weight less. After eating you weight more and after drinking water...simply like that

You drink a glass of water that weighs 8 oz. (1/2 a pound) and then you go pee and loose 8 oz. (1/2 a lb.)!!!!!!!! I wake up and I'm 2 lbs. lighter in the morning then in the evening. Food and drink weighs something, it doesn't just vanish in your body.

the way you stand on the scale actually is the biggest culprit here more that likely. Moving or leaning in any way shifts the weight and it will fluctuate. You're fine.

well its probably cuz you've gone to the bathroom, you've drank water or you've ate something, and plus you have to remember you've got clothes on, maybe shoes so dont worry about it, the best time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning when you wake up. GOOD LUCK TO YA!!
