It is very easy to make your own even if you don't have a sewing machine. Measure around the sink from one wall to the wall on the other side of the sink, then double this amount. This is the amount of yardage you will need. Most fabric is 42" wide so turn the length of fabric on its side, hem the bottom and the top so the skirt is the proper length to cover from the floor to about 1" below the top of the sink. Run some 1" elastic through the top hem ( cut a piece the length of your original measurement. Sew it securely on one side and run it through to the other side using a safety pin as your "needle" then sew it tight on the other side and then even out the gathers you have made. Using industrial strength no-sew Velcro, apply one side to the skirt and the other to the sink at the level you want to start coverage. Now you have a removable skirt and the Velcro adhesive can be removed when you decide to move.

Been there! I found the best solution was a shower curtain that matched the one on the tub. I cut it down to the right height, and ran a string around the basin, attaching it with picture-hooks on adhesive tapte (available at your local dollar store.) This allowed me to still access under the sink, where I stored my plunger and bleach and toilet cleaner, while keeping the room neat and tidy. In the three years I was there, I changed shower curtains and sink-skirts three times - but the hooks lasted the whole time. It was a nice way to refresh the look of the bathroom.

If you don't like to sew, the easiest thing is to measure from the floor to the top of your sink (underneath) then buy window curtains at that length. Buy one of those stretchy rods and just slip it through the top of the curtain. Attach the rod with cup hooks. Good Luck

The only place I could ever find one was on Ebay - just search for sink skirt. For some reason they are really hard to find in stores.

I have never seen a cabinet for a wall hung lavatory. There is a plastic cover you can buy to conceal the "ugly pipes" You may have to visit a plumbing wholesale outlet such as winnelson or hughes supply to find one. It is intended for use in commercial applications for A.D.A. compliance, but it will do the trick for your application too.

This is easier. Buy some plants (not too tall as they will grow bigger before your move out) as a decorative screen and place them under the sink.
