ON HOW TO MAKE A GUY WANT YOU....OR HOW TO GET SOMEONE BACK THAT YOU ALREADY HAD....because Im pretty sure that he likes me again....But ive noticed he likes girls that take control....so what should I do to really get him back???

ask him out. if he pitter patters, forget about him.
if he says no, forget about him.
if he says yes go out with him.
he will be so jealous of the next three cute guys you date hell be the one asking you out next time.

if you want him back wait until he is ready to ask you if he already likes other girls why would you want him back you are not his only girl anymore trying to get him back would be a mistake do as i said above .While your waiting find new friends one may be better in the long term .Boys or men who flirt with other girls will do it all the time do you want to be completely heart broken i hope not but the chances of him hurting you more is very high .

Don't try to get him back. Is he really worth it if he left you? Take control of some other guy who's not a creep.

you said he likes a girl who takes control, so do it. tell him you want him back, and see what he says. make a bold move on him if you feel comfortable doing so. If you really want him, make it happen
