YES OF COURSE!!!! Any one can be afraid of anything. Maybe they are afraid because their dad might be enrolled into the military or someone like an uncle or relative is about to go or is planning to join the army.

of course ane1 can be afraid of the war. the fact is he cant let it control his life. if he chooses not to watch the new because he doesnt want to see those awful headlines thats ok. but being afraid to go outside for fear of a bomb isnt going to work.

Yes .. He also can have sleeping disorders and depression. What he sees and hears in the TV stays in his head and when it's sleep time he starts to think about them because his mind remembers the stuff he forgets in his free time. Thinks about his family and thinks that a bomb might land on his house.. This usually happens to kids that are atteched to their family more.

Anyone of any age can be afraid of something.There is NO mimimum age to start being afraid.Even newborns are afraid of something, and they don't even know why.

Heck yeah, I am way older than that, and I get afraid about that situation sometimes. Fear knows no age hun, ya just have to work to overcome it.

He's probably mimicking the reaction of adults or those older than him that he sees. He, more than likely doesn't understand the whole thing. But then, neither done many of us adults.
