Only the Maowri warriors in New Zealand or some tribal members in Africa... and royalty in Tonga and Fiji and Samoa... but I've never seen any nice looking face tattoos on some average everyday person walking around society.... I've seen some really BAD ones though!

Facial tats go one of two ways, they either look horrible or great. I've seen a few really nice ones, but they have to be nice solid linework that flows with the anatomy. Good ones are few and far between, but absolutely beautiful when done right

I think tattoos on the face or neck make people look dirty. The Game has tattoos on his face as well as Lil Wayne, but personally i dont like it. I love tattoos

no i have never seen a nice looking face tattoo there is some tats that look good but you need to be able to cover it in important occasions

I don't care how far we have come, but people still have a stigma about people with tatts (especially on the face, neck and hands). It makes it harder to get jobs (yes, they are narrow minded - but it is true). Many employers tell you you can not have tatts that show. Many tattoo artists are now telling people they won't do them unless they are pretty well covered in tatts already.

There's a guy who runs a record shop downtown who has tattoos on his sideburns. I don't remember what they are, they're kind of subtle, but I like them none the less. They were done in some kind of a light blue ink.

My piercer has maori tattoos on his chin, my brother has a symbol beneath his eyes. My tattoo artist has nifty spiderwebs in the corners of his hairlines...I like it,, Many do, but most don't. Kat Von D*cringe* has cute stars on her temples.. those are all pretty suttle. Most eyeliner tattoos look good, too.
I have seen many, and shall eventually get one or two, subtle, in the corners of my hairline, or what not..... I have to decided which of my ideas to get..
EDIT: I already have many, tattoos and I am a full time Tattoo artist....Trust me, you don't know me. Please don't tell me what I wil want, like...etc Thanks.

yeah. women often shave their eyebrows off and get designs tattooed where their eyebrows should be. i've seen a few replaced with stars in the shape of eyebrows. really unique and nice looking.

No and I love tattoos. But somethings are just better left undone. I would never get any on my face, but I also think people have the right to do whatever they want to their bodies. Live and let live.
