answers in genesis would seem to be the most frequently cited creationist website, and yet these arguments which ken ham (president of AiG) is so against are still used pretty regularly.

so, do you creationists simply disagree with ken ham and think that arguments such as "darwin recanted evolution on his deathbed" and "if we evolved from apes, then why are there still apes?" ARE in fact good arguments?

or is it that you've simply never been told about this page?

Actually, I agree that those arguments should not be used. I find that the Answers in Genesis research and articles are quite good and I tend to agree with what they state. I don't follow blindly, but after several years of going through their articles and doing my own research, I find myself agreeing with their conclusions.

There are wild fanatic arguements for Creationism, just as there are many crazy excuses that "evolution" occured. I say all arguments should be logical and fact based. I'll agree with Ken Ham.

Wow, thanks for that link. I never heard the Darwin one. Religion, by very its very nature, conflicts with scientific scrutiny, but the "defunct" arguments look like a scientific approach to defending faith. What ever happened to "I believe, and I don't need someone else's approbation to feel good about my beliefs."?

I have never seen a website with so many words that said nothing! Their attempt to disprove Genesis actually backfires because they have no real proof that it is wrong.

First.. What do the people of earth call someone who is not from earth ?? Secondly where is your god from ? If not from earth then your gods are Ailens ? As far as genesis goes there is only one verse that matters.....
genesis 1:29.............Read it and smile. :)
