You would have to be a legal citizen of that country where that law was enforced before you could fight it, if there were such a 'law'. I would fight it, since I am a citizen, if it was against me for being my race or color.

Jim crow laws targeted citizens to deprive them of rights. I would not agree that keeping out those who break the law to come here is at all like Jim Crow laws.
