It's wrong to hire them, PERIOD. Give that job to a citizen who will pay taxes.

Well the illegals shouldn't be hired for work in the first place. But we all know they do get hired, but they should not be exploited. It's just wrong. Exploiting an undocumented worker is just as bad as hiring them in the first place though.

Absolutely not! I do not blame the current immigration crisis on the poor man that wants to make a living. It is the people who exploit them who are the criminals. I say that we should treat the people who exploit these people like drug dealers. If you knowingly hire illegals then you go to jail for a long time AND all of the stuff related to that business becomes the property of the government, just like the drug dealers.
I believe the problem would disappear if a company like Swift and Excel suddenly lost one of their beef plants. Or if a concrete contractor had his business confiscated.
Why should we solve the problem solely on the illegals backs?
True you would have to pay more for lettuce for a brief period of time. Eventually machine would be created. There is no incentive to build them right now, why do that if you can pay some fool 2 bucks an hour to do it.

No. Nor do I think it is ok for illegal immigrants to use our schools, health care and services that we taxpayers who are not poor subsidize even for taxpayers who are.
We have good reason for our immigration limits.
And the only reason employers can 'exploit' them is because they broke the law and are afraid of getting caught. In that way anyone who breaks the law opens themselves up to 'exploitation'.

employers will always take advantage of legaly weak workers ,long hours and underpaid.
