I did a bums legs and tums class yesterday (Friday) and today I can barely walk...is there any way of preventing this (or lessening the pain!) in the future or will my muscles just get used to it? Thanks soooo much!

Don't they say "no pain, no gain". You've used muscles that haven't been used in a while so it will get easier if you stick at it. Have a nice hot bath with a few drops of camomile oil and a few drops of lavender. The camomile with sooth your aches and the lavendar will relax you.

Make sure you warm up at the start of the class and cool down properly to prevent strains.

you have over done it and are not improving your health or fitness. a bit of aching is ok as muscles grow but what you have is damage that will age your body. try swimming to work the muscles and push up your heart rate and if your gym have a vibrogym use the massage setting after a work out. I exercise 3 times a week and don't hurt like you after wards. I'm 5 foot 7 and size 10 with low pulse rate and very healthy. i built up slowly and don't do classes as i find it pushes too hard and you get more injuries than benefits.

You are obviously new to exercise. The first time you'll find your body aching, but if you hang in there, it'll get better. As muscles get stronger they stop aching, and you'll start to see the benefits of what you want to achieve.

Keep going and don't give in because of the aches.

ok heavily speaking, you probably did an excellent ingredient asking it right here till now you need to decide for it. Semen won't help in any respect with the toothache. and don't make this a humorous tale. in simple terms pass to a dentist, and get it checked. Your fiance did provide you a incorrect suggestion, taking the determination is your area.

Don't skip the warm up, it's vital to stop muscle strain.
Try a warm bath and early night in the meantime.
Good luck, you should feel better soon.

It sounds absurd but going for a good walk, and striding out will ease the stiffness and the pain.
