Yes this is a true statement
Per the Uniformed Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)
here are the 2 sex laws
920. ART. 120. RAPE AND CARNAL KNOWLEDGE
(a) Any person subject to this chapter who commits an act of sexual intercourse with a female not his wife, by force and without consent, is guilty of rape and shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.
(b) Any person subject to this chapter who, under circumstances not amounting to rape, commits an act of sexual intercourse with a female not his wife who has not attained the age of sixteen years, is guilty of carnal knowledge and shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
(c) Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete either of these offenses.
925. ART. 125. SODOMY
(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration , however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense.
(b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
as stated above. If both parties are willing participants then No the military will not prosecute. The Military does not go around checking on what 2 consenting adults do in there bedroom. It is an antiquated law. Just like Adultery. Very few states will prosecute an adultery case, but the Military does and will actively investigate and prefer charges against an Adulter. Why ?? It affects unit morale and readiness. The UCMJ has served the Military well and any changes to it will take time and careful thought.

It's true that Uniform Code of Military Justice only allows for the missionary position. But there has to be a complaint. The partner is not going to complain. JAG isn't going to take a complaint like that seriously. It will never be prosecuted. It's an outdated law that no one pays any attention to. Besides, it makes a good joke during in-processing at basic training.

This is true a soldier can be court marshalled if caught haveing sex in any position other than the missonary position though it is rare for a soldier to get caught having sex and a superior to enforce the regulation. the Uniform Code of Millitary Justice does state only one authorized sexual position. This article has been used to prossecute rape and other sex crimes by the military.

A transwoman does no longer be seen for conscription in maximum international locations. Being transsexual continues to be labeled as a psychological illness, especially because of the fact "popular" human beings do no longer understand the way somebody could like to stay because of the fact the different gender till they have a psychological concern. on the grounds that Israel conscripts adult males and ladies, a transwoman could be required to serve there. From the 2d that she started taking estrogen, the defense force does no longer be attracted to her, offered that she became straightforward approximately her meds.

I have heard that as well, and we looked it up. It is one of the rules from long long ago when service members were actually expected to hold themselves to higher standards (women were to be lady like all the time) and any other position is considered inappropriate. But no one is going to actually charge someone for it. The article is actually under sodomy, is for unnatural carnal copulation with another person.

Who ever told you that about the military was feeding you a line of bull. Because there's no way that the military can enforce that, it's sexual harassement. Besides if your in the military and what you do as far as sex goes in your own home is none of their business, nor anyone elses.

Actually this is absolutely true. In the military you are not allowed to have anal sex, doggie style or anything other than missionary. It is so strange. No one follows it though.

My Military husband and his friends were telling me about this "Rule" one night when we were all talking, and I didn't believe them! They showed it to me though! In black and white! It's part of the UCMJ. I don't think too many people worry about this rule....Only one position...How boring would that get!!!

What you are failing to take into account is homophobia, current court precedents make it impossible to forbid sexual activity by gender, i.e. M/M or F/F. The sodomy statute, by prohibiting all oral or anal sex, gives them something with which to prosecute gays, they aren't going to give it up.
