ask them! they might worry that you at the age of discovery, start explaining all sorts of things to you and enrolls you in sex education and start wondering why your in the bathroom too long and start chaperoning all your friends or discuss with this w/your teacher in school etc. or you could ignore the sound and really not worry about it
