I'm sure that there are many Cantonese-speaking tutors in the Bay area, since people in Chinatown there speak Cantonese.
By the way, are you aware that Mandarin and Cantonese are two different languages? They can both be called Chinese, but you will probably want to make sure that you get Cantonese.
