Take a boat trip into Khlongs.
Go pray at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha,
Sit in a park and have fun conversing in English with the kids,
Get an ancient Thai massage,
Go to a Karaoke bar and forget that you can't sing,
Stay up all night at the Patpong Night Bazaar
Visit the snake farm at the Queen Saovabha Memorial Institute
Eat anywhere and try anything
Smile at people, even at the hookers
Celebrate the King's birthday on Dec. 5

Top 10 things to do in Bangkok?...Here they are:
1 Never litter on the street...otherwise you will got the fine very
easily.
2 Never pointing your foot to anything...or anyone....feet suppose
to be the lowest thing/part of the body.
3. Never touch Thai people's head...if you did that you will ask for
trouble, as it is Thai's custom.
4. Never wear short or singlet once you go to visit the temple..as
it is not appropriate.
5. If you are the lady...never touch Buddhist Monk...it is against
their religion.
6. No kiss..kiss...hug...hug..with your lover in public...it is culture
shock.
7. Always make some bargaining if you buy things outside the
Department Store.
8. Try famous Thai dish for your experience...it is "Tom Yum
Goong" which is good with plain rice.
9. Never forget to buy some Thai Silk...it is famous around the
world.
10. Always smile....keep on smiling...it will buy your way and you
will be able to get help very easily from Thai people.

1. Visit Chatuchak weekend market
2. Go to Chinatown for dinner. Check out one of those seafood stalls by the roadside.
3.Visit the Erawan shrine, the most famous 4-faced Buddha in Bangkok
4.Go for a ride in a tuk-tuk. Mind u the roads are very dusty though
5. Eat! Bangkok is a food haven. Each dish taste different at different places
6. Go for the massage
7. Manicure & pedicure
8. Take a boat ride down the river
9. Visit the temple
10. Check out the restaurant "Cabbages & Condom". I haven seen anything like that anywhere else! :P

1. hop on a city tour, covering major tourist attractions in a day
2. visit Floating Market
3. Emerald Temple, Grand Palace to be covered
4. elephant trekking, an experience for big city folks
5. visit the Bridge over River Kwai, stay in a riverside hotel
6. shopping is a must - modern shopping malls or the night markets.
7. visit Nana & Patpong - see first hand why it is such a tourists' draw :-)
8. eat at a Thai restaurant, with cultural show
9. dance and wine, watch entertainment at one of the many entertainment complex eg Tawan Deang, Coulesium
10 don't leave without trying Thai Traditional Massage

go see a movie, read the newspaper, try the sweetcorn, plan a sunset on a river, book a night at the cabaret, make a difference in someone elses life, visit the hair salons, connect with people with similar interests, visit any top hotels, buy at least one thing you will treasure forever
