Just started a new job couple of weeks ago and there's this girl i really like. I've spoken to her several times already even though we are always busy at work but we walk past each other at least '50' times a day. if we smile at each other for 10 how do I make the next 40 not seem awkward. Plz help!

Isn't it obvious? Ask her out. It doesn't have to be a date. You can just hang out with other co-workers at first and see where things lead to. You can also invite her for a coffee or offer her to take a lunch break together. You can smile, but there's so much more you need to do if you want something to happen with this girl.

Sure it might be awkward, but it is oddly invigorating isnt' it?
Once you get up the courage to ask her out, you two can laugh about it together.

you should ask for her number, or ask her out, get her outside the office

when you get off ask her for her number, and say you'll call her later and ask when she will be home, and please don't be the typical male and not call when you say you will.
