The best thing I did when I was there was the all day trip down the Hana highway.. Make sure you get a guide book, or you will miss many of the secluded waterfalls and stuff like that. You would never see them otherwise, because in some cases you have to stop at a seemingly random mile marker and walk half a mile off the road through bamboo forests to get to the secluded waterfalls. At the end when you reach Hana you will be in one of the most beautiful places on earth and the only tropical rain forest on US soil... Just make sure you go back the way you came and not along the south side of the island like we did. The roads are extremely dangerous there and in many cases are just barely wide enough for one car and drop off straight down into a 1,000 foot deep canyon where you can see burned out cars and trucks that fell off the road at the bottom.

Yes I've been to Hawaii, the best thing I did was took pictures so I can look back and remember how beautiful it was. Everywhere you go in Hawaii you always come across the most beautiful sceneries... I was glad I had my camera with me. Now I have memories that will last me forever.

The bike ride down from the volcano crater at dawn was a lot of fun.
Be prepared to get up EARLY though.
Snokeling at Molikini crater was pretty cool too.
