I want to loose a couple pounds but my family doesn't own a home gym and we don't belong to a gym. I need ideas to buff up without having to buy anything.

P.S. don't mention sports cause i'm not joining any teams

Eat more healthily. Try to cut down on your calorie and fat intake as much as possible (but be sure that you will still have enough energy). And some walk will do you good, too. For instance, instead of using lifts, maybe you could take the stairs. good luck!

run around the block for 10-15 minutes, st ups, push ups, flex random parts of your body, stretch, ect.

get off the couch, take a walk to mackers, "then" dont buy anything, and walk back home.

Jog about an hour a day.thats what i do.
