Try The Children's Place, you can go in the store or to their web-site. I'm surprised that if the brown tights are required that they don't sell them at the store where you buy the uniforms. You could also try a shop that sells girl scout uniforms, they carry brown tights for the Brownie uniforms.

Where can i buy tights? The best place to buy cheap Tights online is at Amazon.com. Tights are very versatile and can be worn under skirts, dresses, or shorts to provide an extra layer of warmth or modesty.
There are many varieties of girls tights available for purchase. There are dressy tights that can be worn for special occasions, casual tights that can be paired with almost any outfit, and athletic tights that are designed to be worn when jogging or dancing.
There are many different colors and patterns of tights and girls should feel encouraged to help decide what pairs of tights they want to purchase.
This is an easy way to involve them in the purchasing decision and have them make some fashion choices of their own. Sizing is important for tights to insure a proper and comfortable fit.

Tight sizes correspond to children’s ages, but as they are based off of averages, they may not be completely accurate for each child.

Brown tights I know can be tricky to come across in UK as many schools are blue grey or black. Try somewhere big. Our tesco's, primark, M&S and Adams stores are quite good and if they can't help ask them who can!
