I want to loose a couple pounds but my family doesn't own a home gym and we don't belong to a gym. I need ideas to buff up without having to buy anything.

P.S. don't mention sports cause i'm not joining any teams

Well if you are just looking to lose a few pounds then walking/running is a great way. You can also watch what you eat. But if you want to really get buff then you need to hit the weights. There is no way around that. If you can't afford a gym membership then you can try the local high school. Many even in big cities offer the use of the schools gym to those who would like to use it or you can try the YMCA. They have great programs especially for those who can't afford a typical membership. Or you can try old fashion push ups and sit ups at home.

Walking is one of the best exercises for losing weight. It is also an exercise for maintaining the metabolism rate and muscle mass in the body as we age. Walking is easy, you do not need any special equipment or facilities to walk. More info available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h
