I'm selling my BMW Z3, and I'm looking at this Jaguar X-Type, and Porsche Caymann. I can't make up my mind as to which car I want to buy. My husband drives another Jaguar, but I want on like that, but I also want a Porsche Caymann. Help me choose, or recommend another car. Note, it must be a 5 seater.

Note, the 2006 Porsche Cayman is only a 2-seater.

Well, if you want something that's fun to drive and has decent room, there are not too many with seating for 5. If seating for 4 is satisfactory, one good choice to consider is the 2006 Infinity G35.

If you want something super fast (and can tolerate the potential reliability issues of a new model), the 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is an exciting car that seats 5.

The 2007 BMW 328xi should give you a similar feel as the Z3, but with seating for 4 (if you're sure you need 5 seats, there is always the 2006 330ix) and all-wheel drive.

If you would consider a 4-door sedan, I have a preferred recommendation for you. The 2007 Audio S4. This car will perform better than many sports cars and it will seat 5. :-)

Nice answer Al..........but ***** girl.......I mean beach girl already got one of those. It's called husband.

5 seater and you're talking about the Porsche Caymann or Cayenne? If you're talking about the Caymann then good luck trying to sit 5 people in a 2 seater.

As much as I hate this car, the BMW M3 is definetly something you should look into.

Porshe Cayman out of those two. Some other good picks would be a Cadillac Escalade/CTS/STS/DTS, GMC Yukon Denali, Fully-loaded Chrysler 300C, Bentley Arnage/Azure/Continental, Maserati Quattroporte, or any Mercedes, Maybach, or BMW.
If you want a little money leftover get a Saturn Aura XR with all the options, it looks way more expensive than it really is and is a bigger head-turner than most luxury cars. Its quality is Toyota/Honda+++. If you check it out you wont be disappointed

I'd buy the one I could afford but in your case that doesn't sound like an obstacle! Maybe very well you live beyond your means like most Americans these days but my vote still goes with affordability! Personally, I don't try and keep up with the Jone's so I drive your basic GMC! I can't remember the last time someone informed me they purchase vehicles that cost over a certain dollar amount! I always though getting the most for your buck was the preferred means of purchasing a vehicle.

Here is an idea, by a moped and donate the rest of the money to charity, why do you need a flashy car? Get something american made for a change, supprt america and before you support all these imports. If i can by somthing made in america, then i do. You should consider doing the same.
