I suggest all-natural Optiflora for both of your conditions. By maintaining a healthy colon it can impact so many things going on both internal and external - two of these being constipation and diarrhea.

This two-product system uses new technology to protect beneficial microflora during the rigors of shipping, storage, and the acidic journey through your stomach.

Includes Probiotic (Bifidus & Acidophilus...microflora) + Prebiotic (FOS...food source for microflora). Patented guaranteed delivery of 500 million microfloa to intestines.

Also Herb-Lax for constipation. Encourages a mild cleansing action to aid the body's natural processes. Senna leaf has been used traditionally for thousands of years as a natural laxative. Also includes eight complementary herbs.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions or the website.

I have found
that a daily drink, of pro-BIOTIC YOGURT, plain ( tall little pots )
helps slow things down for me .

Also bananas have a binding effect .

your doctor should be able, advise and
to prescribe something, that will help ,
with this most trying condition.

for constipation:
Good old fashioned SENNA COT ,
now comes in handy sachet form ,
( dilute with water as a drink ,( orange flavour )
take one daily.

My husband says it really helps him .
( if taken daily it really keeps you regular ).

Your doctor may prescribe
lactulose , this is also very effective

I hope this will help you both ,
