Just tell him you really like him and wanted to know if he wanted to go out sometime. Tell him how you feel, chances are he feels the same and if not there's always someone else who does! Good luck!

Find out a place that you both like (say chucky cheese's) and start talking to him about it. After you've been talking say something like "I'll be at chucky cheese's tonight, will you?"
