should a medical doctor say xyz write Dr.xyz or DR.xyz ?
which is correct?
is there any wrong in writing DR?
do they convey the same or a different meaning?

Dr. means doctor. as in Dr. xyz
DR means drive, as in Oakwood Drive

no prob..
although let's say it's only "Go to the DR." some might interpret this as go to the Delivery Room..
but technically, it's no prob

I work in a medical clinic and have for 20yr. I write it either way and have had no complaints
