Well as for the ingredients make sure they are not full of liquids mushrooms, olives, are packed with juice, (some Hamburger, Sausages might have too much fat in it so watch that too)...but main thing you might try depending on if you like the pan or thin pizzas you can cook on pan till near done then try taking off cooking sheet or what ever it is in then cook on just the rack for a few. Let me know how this goes if you try it.

INGREDIENTS:
7g active dry yeast
235ml warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
275g bread flour
30ml olive oil
5g salt
10g sugar

DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine two cups of bread flour, yeast, salt, sugar. Add water, stir well to combine. Put the olive oil on your hands and brake the dough. Beat well until a stiff dough has formed. Cover and rinse until doubled in volume, about 30 min. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Turn dough out onto a well floured surface. Form dough into a round and roll out into pizza crust shape. Cover with your favourite souce a toppings and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 min.

To get it crunchy, you need to roll it out very thin and avoid using too hydrous toppings.

I use thawed bread dough--the kind that comes allready shaped in the individual loaves in a bag of three. One loaf makes 1 deep dish or 2 thin crust pizzas. If you want crispy pizza, parbake the crust alone for 8mins. This will keep it from soaking up juices from the toppings.

I can go my local pizzaria and they will sell me the dough. No way can I toss it the way it's done by the pros.
